Please read carefully before submitting payment. Enrollment in Apex programs represents a financial commitment, and all payments are considered binding. Tuition, fees, and other monies submitted secure your student’s place and allow us to meet staffing, facility, and material obligations on your behalf. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including that all payments are final and non-refundable.
Refund Policy
At Apex, we plan and staff our programs carefully to provide the best possible experience for every student. Because of the significant preparation that goes into securing tutors, reserving facilities, ordering materials, and organizing student resources, all tuition, fees, and other monies submitted are non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, it represents a commitment to the program and enables us to meet our financial obligations on behalf of enrolled families. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in family schedule, student withdrawal, or lack of reimbursement from third-party programs such as Step Up.
We encourage families to review program details, schedules, and financial commitments carefully before submitting payment. Our team is always available to answer questions beforehand to ensure confidence in your decision.
