By enrolling in Apex programs or accessing Apex resources, families agree to the following terms:

• Enrollment & Participation
  • Students must be officially enrolled and all accounts current to attend class.
  • Families agree to follow Apex’s program policies and schedules.

• Payments & Refunds
  • Tuition and fees must be paid by the stated deadlines.
  • All monies submitted are non-refundable.

• Privacy & Content Use
  • Family and student information is private and used only for Apex program administration.
  • Apex materials, resources, and website content may not be copied, shared, or used for other homeschool groups or communities.
  • Printing of resources is permitted for personal, enrolled student use only.

• Website & Communication
  • The Apex website and digital resources are provided for enrolled families.
  • Unauthorized access, distribution, or misuse of resources is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal.

• Liability & Conduct
  • Apex provides academic and enrichment services but is not a licensed childcare facility.
  • Apex is not responsible for injury, loss, or misuse of materials outside the scope of programs.
  • Students and parents are expected to show respectful conduct toward tutors, volunteers, and other families at all times.

• Acceptance of Terms
  • Participation in Apex programs or use of Apex resources constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
